Continuing to troubleshoot and will update here if I learn anything new. UPDATE: Rolling back the Nvidia web driver to version 387.10.10.10.30.107 solved the problem with display freeze on wake. I've since updated Clover to the latest release so everything but the webdriver is updated and everything is back to working normally on my computer.
